Talent Management Refers to the process of developing and integrating new workers, developing and keeping current workers and attracting highly skilled workers to work for your company. Today’s growing “war for talent” is making it more and more difficult for organizations to keep current employees and to find qualified replacements.Turnover is greatest for IS/technology and sales positions.
An employee’s relationship with his or her supervisor or manager and work-life balance are the most important determinants for staying with an organization.
